One of the UK's most innovative Service Providers is looking for a high calibre Business Development Manager - Public Sector. Based in London, with experience of selling products such as MPLS, WAN, VPLS, VoIP, VPN, Managed Services and Security. In return you can expect a basic salary of £40k to £50k, £80k to £100 OTE, and benefits

The role - Business Development Manager - Public Sector
Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers
Advising clients on the solutions and services that best fulfil their requirements, undergoing full assessments and analysis of client needs
Advise and assist with driving Public Sector Framework agreements
Negotiating pricing with clients to achieve sales in line with pricing policies and client requirements
Accurate forecasting of anticipated sales, along with regular activity reporting
Work on the full sales cycle, supported at all times by relevant mentors and dedicated internal resources
We have a very competitive uncapped commission scheme, by achieving our reasonable targets you will earn double your basic salary and if these targets are exceeded the earning potential is endless.

About you - Business Development Manager - Public Sector
You are already a high calibre and experienced Business Development Manager - Public Sector
A track record of selling Experience selling multi-site MPLS / VPLS, VoIP, VPN, Security solutions into the Public Sector
Excellent understanding of Public Sector Framework agreements
Business Development experience from within the telecoms industry, ideally from working within an ISP, carrier, reseller or systems integrator environment
Self motivated and disciplined
Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
